Common Questions

Our services are available to survivors of human rights abuse regardless of nationality, location, or legal status. We work across 12 countries and can coordinate remote support in many more. Reach out and we'll discuss what's possible.
Yes — completely. We treat all intake communications as confidential by default. We will never share your name, contact details, or case information with any third party without your explicit, informed consent. You can also use a pseudonym or a secure anonymous email.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. For urgent safety situations, please indicate this in your subject line and we will prioritise your message.
In some cases, yes. We have a small emergency relief fund for survivors facing immediate financial hardship related to their situation. Eligibility is assessed during the intake process. We also connect survivors to other emergency funding sources where available.
