What We Do

Survivor-Centered Programs

Three interconnected pillars — Advocacy, Legal Aid, and Healing — co-designed with the people they serve.

The Survivor Journey

How Our Programs Connect

No single program works in isolation. From first contact to long-term healing, every step is designed to flow into the next — always guided by the survivor's own pace and choices.

1

Confidential Intake

Secure, private first contact via email or referral

2

Needs Assessment

Trauma-informed conversation to understand priorities

3

Legal Support

Connected to vetted legal partners for their situation

4

Advocacy

Voice amplified through reports and campaigns

5

Healing & Community

Peer support, counselling, and survivor-led spaces

⚖️
Program One

Advocacy

We amplify survivor voices at local, regional, and international levels — turning individual experiences into systemic pressure for accountability and change.

1

Documentation & Reporting

We produce evidence-based reports submitted to UN mechanisms, regional human rights bodies, and national courts.

2

Public Campaigns

Survivor-led awareness campaigns that put names and stories to the statistics — with full consent and editorial control by participants.

3

Civil Society Partnerships

We coordinate with partner NGOs, coalitions, and academic researchers to amplify impact and avoid duplication.

Who This Serves

Survivors who want their case to contribute to broader change — and communities seeking accountability for systemic violations.

🤝
Program Three

Healing & Community

Justice and healing are not the same thing — and both matter. Our community programs create space for survivors to process, connect, and rebuild on their own terms.

1

Peer Support Circles

Facilitated, survivor-led peer groups — online and in-person — designed to reduce isolation and build community with shared experience.

2

Counselling Referrals

We connect survivors to vetted, trauma-specialised counsellors and psychosocial support providers — with warm handoffs and ongoing coordination.

3

Survivor-Led Gatherings

Retreats, workshops, and community events designed and run by survivors — spaces for storytelling, skill-sharing, and collective agency.

Who This Serves

Survivors at any stage of their journey who want connection, support, and spaces designed around their dignity and agency.
